The apartment had a cozy vibe with a super comfortable sofa, perfect for lounging after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen was well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and toaster, making it easy to cook meals. I loved that the apartment had a flat-screen TV with Netflix - perfect for relaxing and catching up on my favorite shows. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. Having an electric kettle in the apartment was convenient for making a quick cup of tea.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the electric kettle. I prefer using a traditional teapot for a better tea experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Urban Oasis At The Square. The room was practical and spacious, allowing us to feel comfortable during our entire stay. The property felt safe and private, providing us with peace of mind. The location was convenient, with a short 10-minute walk to Long Street where we could enjoy the vibrant nightlife and easily access transportation. The self-catering amenities in the room were well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Another highlight was the use of the pool, especially as other swimming options were limited. Despite some minor inconveniences such as a small bathroom and having to walk a bit to reach certain points of the city, these did not detract from our overall positive experience.

I chose Urban Oasis At The Square because I really wanted to visit the Two Oceans Aquarium, which is conveniently located only 2.37 km away. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the property does not allow pets or service animals. , I loved the fact that the apartment provided an electric kettle, dishwasher, and dining area.
The key collection process can be a bit complicated, as you need to find parking, call the host, and wait outside another building to receive the keys. , when checking out, it is important to drive your car out of the basement parking before dropping off the keys, as the guards cannot open the boom without the keys.

The managers were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view of Table Mountain and walking distance to town and a shopping mall. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The responsiveness through messaging was excellent, and they even arranged for our luggage to be stored after check-out. We were upgraded to a platinum apartment with a stunning view of the harbor. Thanks for an incredible stay!

During my recent business trip to Cape Town, I had the pleasure of staying at Urban Oasis At The Square, a hotel chosen by my director. The highlight of this hotel was definitely the roof-top pool, located just 20 meters from the property. It provided a perfect opportunity to relax and unwind after a long day of meetings, with stunning views of the city.
There was one minor issue that affected my experience.

The room was larger than expected, with a comfy bed and Netflix. The location is great for shopping and the residential building gives a feeling of "good living." Just be prepared to pay the "car watcher" to find a parking spot.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and a fantastic view of Table Mountain. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our needs were met. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our weekend getaway.
One inconvenience was the check-in process, as we had to pick up the keys at a different location. the noise level on the lower floors was quite high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
